Return Policy

 

Returned items must be received within 14 days of purchase, in perfect condition. Webster Honey / Bee Webster  reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is in anything less than perfect condition.

Proof of Postage must be obtained

 

The cost of the item will be refunded to the customer using the same card with which the original purchase was made. Webster Honey / Bee Webster are unable to refund postage, unless the item received proves to have a manufacturing fault.

 

Webster Honey / Bee Webster are happy to exchange items providing they are returned in perfect condition. Following the initial purchase, the customer will be charged the postage to deliver exchanged goods.

 

Refund Policy

 

You may, however, cancel a payment made on this website (www.websterhoney.co.uk) within 7 days of making the order by sending an email quoting the date of payment and the name of the person who made the payment.

 

The refund will correspond to the amount transferred less the commission from PayPal.

 

All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the order.

 

We will investigate any reasonable claims for refunds for unconnected calls or poor voice quality and refund customers within twenty four hours.

 

We are committed to security of your information and will investigate reported unauthorised usage of an account immediately and refund customers within forty eight hours for any breach of security as a result of internal company security transgressions.

 

All refunds are subject to security controls and customers will need to give correct invoice numbers and usernames before refunds are made.
